This is my journal my journey into bulking up my calf's as they are a bit on the slim side.

Statuses

I could not believe it, today one of the kids who is louder than the others called me Bambi I was not even wearing shorts.

I have recently returned to train. It feels good in mid flight.

I have started a high protein diet and bought some #vitamins today. I should start to feel the benefit of this soon and begin pushing some more weight. Jumping from room to room is useless maybe I should stop it.

I dont like it when the kids play #hopscotch near me.

I have tried persistently throughout the night to train my calf's, I jump around as high as I can from room to room with real effort.

Today I have decided not to wear combat shorts anymore.
