Sweet! Is it hurricane-proof? What is the max wind rating and how much did you pay for it? Hopefully, your local tyrants (the HOA Karens) won't eject you from the community for it. Last, but not least, how do you permanently secure it down? Since thieves can steal anything that isn't permanently bolted down, you don't want to come home one day and suddenly find that your home has been stolen!!
This is not unprecedented. Prefab homes have been around for 50 years, but this may be groundbreaking in the quality of said, prefab home. I must admit my first thought is wow this could make great strides and come batting homelessness, but then I quickly amended that when I saw the quality and thought oh homelessness among yuppies. I am a retired construction electrician and so immediately my thoughts come to. I want to see the plans for this thing I want to see that the electrical and the plumbing are well thought out and completely up to code. I do believe that this could be the future, but I also know how people in the construction industry will view this. There go our jobs too!!
